This South Yarra Penthouse was a complex project managed by ID Property. Built on top of an existing twenty level residential tower an early works package was completed to allow structural components and services to be installed prior to residents moving into the floors below minimising noise and vibrations for occupants. Working with a team of Consultants and Commercial Builder over a period of one year the lift was able extended to the penthouse level and a detailed construction plan designed to precisely deliver materials over a series of crane lifts to the rooftop to allow the construction of the penthouse on the top level.
